Credit Human offers a range of solutions to help members during difficult times like this, particularly when you are faced with periods of reduced or lost income. Whether your personal situation calls for delaying a payment, increasing your credit line, waiving a fee or getting a loan, our team is here for you. Please call the Member Service Center at 800-688-7228 so we can work together to find the best solutions for you.  To request a loan extension, please use our Loan Extension Request form.

And for members who need assistance with your Manufactured Home loan, please call our team of MH specialists at 866-310-2143 to discuss available options.

There are a lot of things to be concerned about in these uncertain times, but the safety of your money at Credit Human isn’t one of them. Your accounts are fully insured by the NCUA up to at least $250,000.

Protect yourself from scams

Credit Human is dedicated to protecting your accounts and personal information, and in these uncertain times it’s more important than ever to remain vigilant and keep your accounts safe.  As always, you should beware of emails and phone calls generated by third parties impersonating Credit Human.

They may try to collect your personal information, including passwords, account numbers, card PINs or other information that could be used to access your accounts.  Credit Human will never contact you asking you to disclose any security details related to your accounts, including your debit or credit card PIN or CVV (the 3-digit number on the back of your card).

If you have concerns or questions about your Credit Human account, please contact us immediately at 800-688-7228.  Have your account information and details about the suspicious activity available when you call.
