With mandatory stay-at-home orders now in place, we’re doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our members and employees. That includes minimizing everyone’s time away from home and giving our employees time to take care of their families.

Starting Friday, March 27, we’re temporarily modifying our service hours

Financial Health Centers and Branches
Weekdays:  9 am – 3 pm CT
Saturdays:  Closed

Member Service Center
Weekdays:  8 am – 6 pm CT
Saturdays:  Closed
Manufactured Home Loan Call Center
Weekdays:  8:30 am – 5:30 pm CT
Saturdays:  Closed

Members should use our Drive-Up, Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and ATM locations for transactional needs. Visit the Locations page to find the one nearest you. For your safety, we are sanitizing our ITMs and ATMs, including the PIN pads and function keys, on a regular basis.

If you need service from a branch or Financial Health Center, you can call your nearest location to speak with a team member who will work with you to find the best way to provide you with the service you need in the safest possible way.

At times like these it can be comforting to know you can access your accounts without leaving home. You can use online and mobile banking to make deposits, check balances, and more.
