Hurricane Assistance

For members in areas identified by FEMA as impacted, we are refunding or reversing the following fees through 9/30/17:
  • ATM fees for all non-Credit Human ATM transactions.
  • Late fees, courtesy pay fees and non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees
  • Early withdrawal fees on share certificates
If you need to defer a payment on a signature or auto loan, you can use our skip pay service to defer a payment for 30 days with no fee.  Skip pay requests can be made through online banking, our Member Service Center or by visiting one of our branches.

To request a deferral for up to 90 days on any Credit Human loan, please call our Member Service Center.

If you need immediate credit, we have:
  • Signature loans available for $500 or more at flexible fixed terms with rates as low as 6% - and we will defer the first payment for 90 days.  You can apply for a signature loan online, or by calling our Member Service Center or visiting a branch
  • Immediate access to $200 to $500 loans for qualified members through our QMoney product.  QMoney is a sixty-day loan available via online and mobile banking
