How do I get started with online banking?

All you need to get started with online banking is an active Credit Human account with a valid email address. Have your account number ready and enroll online today.

If you do not have an email address on file, please call us toll free at 800-688-7228, and we can help you update your account information.

Why is online banking asking me to answer a security question?

To enhance the online security of your accounts we have established a multi-factor authentication feature for Credit Human online banking. In addition to providing your account number and password, you will now occasionally be asked to answer a security question before you can access your account.

After you log on to online banking, you will be greeted with a security page that will prompt you to select and provide answers to at least four security questions. The information you enter will be stored for later use in helping to confirm your identity. You need to provide the answers to the questions to all persons you have authorized to use the account.

If you or an authorized user are unable to answer the security questions when they are asked, the system will lock you out and you will need call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.

Can I change my security questions or opt out of this step altogether?

For your account security, the multi-factor authentication feature is required. If you do not recall setting up security questions or remember the answers, you can go to online banking, click the Email Me a Temporary Password  link and follow the prompts to change the questions and answers.

How many chances do I get to answer the security question?

You have two chances to provide a correct answer or one chance to click the Skip button. If you fail to answer correctly after two attempts or click the Skip button twice, your account will be restricted from online access until you call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.

What happens if I get locked out of online banking?

If you have been locked out of your account due to too many failed password attempts, go to online banking, click the Email Me a Temporary Password link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you have been locked out of your account due to failed security questions call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.

If I’ve had my account unlocked or my password reset, will my online banking settings be erased?

No. Your settings, such as scheduled or pending bill payments and transfers, will not be affected by having your online banking account unlocked or password reset. All your settings will remain the same.

Banking by Text Command

What is GoText?

Get balances, recent transactions, transfer money and more – all via text messages. Enable this feature within online banking by selecting GoText from the menu and then Add Device.

How do I start using GoText?

To enable GoText, first log in to online banking and follow these steps:

1. Select GoText from the menu, then select "Add Device"
2. Enter your 10-digit phone number then check the box to accept Terms and Conditions
3. Enter the Activation Code that is sent by text to your mobile device
4. Text GOTEXT BAL to 90703 to complete the registration of this device

Once you receive the confirmation text, you may text commands to 90703. Note that data and messaging rates may be charged for text messages by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges and capabilities. T-Mobile does not allow transfers through text messaging.

Can I register more than one mobile device with GoText?

You can indicate multiple mobile devices that you authorize to use GoText commands. You can even enable or disable commands individually for each registered mobile device, so that each authorized user of your account has their own, customized “access profile.”

What are the GoText Commands?

You can get the list of GoText commands on your registered mobile device by texting “HELP” to 90703 at any time. Here is a quick list of GoText commands for your reference:

  • BAL — Receive the balance for a specified share or loan account
  • CONTACT — Receive the toll-free phone number for Credit Human
  • HELP — Receive a listing of available GoText commands
  • HIST — Receive the last five transactions for a specified share or loan account
  • HOURS — Receive Credit Human location hours
  • NEXT — Receive the next five transactions from history (after an initial HIST command request)
  • PENDING —  Receive pending transactions
  • START — Enables GoText SMS message delivery to the device
  • STOP — Disables GoText SMS message delivery to the device (it will remain "registered" with GoText)
  • TRAN — Transfers funds between a member's sub-accounts

Online Bill Pay

What is online bill pay?

Pay your bills conveniently from one secure place. You decide whom, when, and how often to pay. Schedule one-time or recurring payments from your Credit Human checking or money market account. Once you enroll in Bill Pay within online banking, you can also pay bills directly from our mobile app.

If I use online bill pay, do I give up control of when payments are made?

Absolutely not. You will always be in control of your bank account. You decide whom, when and how often to pay. You may easily cancel or change a payment, as long as it is done before the processing date.

Who can I pay online, and what if they do not accept electronic payments?

You can use online bill pay to pay anyone you pay with a paper check. If you need to send payment to a company that is not set up to receive electronic payments, our system will print and mail a check for you.

How long does it take for my payment to get to the billing company?

At most, five to seven business days.

Is online bill pay safe?

Absolutely. Credit Human Online Banking is secured with a multi-factor authentication feature.

Online & Mobile Check Deposit

What is GoDeposit?

GoDeposit from Credit Human allows you to conveniently deposit checks using online banking and mobile banking.

How do I qualify for GoDeposit?

Qualifying members are those with accounts that have been open for at least 30 days, have no loan delinquencies greater than 31 days, and have no unpaid consumer loan or share charge-offs. See our remote deposit capture disclosure and agreement for complete terms and conditions.

How do I deposit checks using my computer?

Log into Credit Human online banking and select the GoDeposit feature. Deposit check(s) by following the prompts to scan and upload check images.

How do I deposit checks using my mobile phone or tablet?

Log into GO, the Credit Human mobile banking app, and select the GoDeposit feature. Deposit a check by following the prompts to snap pictures of the front and back.

What types of checks can I deposit using GoDeposit?

Business, personal and government checks issued from financial institutions in the United States can be remotely deposited.

What is the maximum amount I can deposit using GoDeposit?

Daily deposit limits range from $3,000 to $10,000 per day with a $25,000 monthly limit.

When will my deposit be available?

Funds deposited using GoDeposit are available no later than the next business day, unless a hold is applied.

Why was all or part of my deposit placed on hold?

Holds on deposits made using GoDeposit are determined based on your relationship with Credit Human. If you are a new user, your first two deposits will be held for review.

Mobile Banking - General

What do I do if I get locked out and need to reset my password?

If you have been locked out of your account due to too many failed password attempts, go to online banking, click the Email Me a Temporary Password link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

What does the Credit Human mobile app do, and how much does it cost?

You can view your accounts, transaction history and check images. You can also deposit checks, pay bills online, transfer funds between your different authorized member accounts and find a nearby ATM or Credit Human location. The app is free to Credit Human members.

How do I get the Credit Human GO mobile banking app?

Get the Credit Human GO mobile banking app by downloading GO for iOS or GO for Android. Please ensure your account is enrolled in online banking prior to downloading the app.

How do I log into the Credit Human mobile app?

Please ensure your account is enrolled in online banking first. Then download the Credit Human Mobile Banking app for iPhone/iPad or Android devices and log in using your online banking user ID and password.

What do I do if I forgot my online banking password?

If you have forgot your online banking password request a temporary password and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Is the Credit Human mobile app secure?

Yes. Credit Human uses SSL encryption to communicate securely with all services. Credit Human always uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect member data, no matter how you choose to access your accounts.

Mobile Banking - Card Control

What is Card Control?

Card Control is a feature of the mobile banking app that empowers you to manage your debit card from your mobile phone – putting control preferences at your fingertips and giving you the confidence and peace of mind that your card is secure.


How do I access Card Control?

To get started, simply log in to the GO mobile banking app and select Card Control from the main menu. You will then be prompted to download the separate Card Control app from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android). 

How do I turn my debit card on/off with Card Control?

Tap the “Card ON/OFF” switch to turn your card on/off instantly. You will see a message pop up asking you to confirm your selection. And the indicator on the card image will turn red when the card is off.

What happens when I turn my debit card off using Card Control?

All transactions, except for recurring payments, will be denied until you turn your card back on.

Is Card Control available for credit cards?

Card Control is currently available for debit cards. Access for credit cards will be added in a future release of the app.

Mobile Banking - Touch ID and Quick View

What is Touch ID?

Touch ID is a simple and secure way to access your account through the GO app by using your fingerprint as your login credentials.

How secure is Touch ID?

Every fingerprint is unique, so it is rare (1 in 50,000) that even a small section of two separate fingerprints are alike enough to register as a match for Touch ID.

Touch ID only allows five unsuccessful fingerprint match attempts before you must enter your passcode, and you can't proceed until doing so.

How do I enable or disable Touch ID?

To enable or disable Touch ID you must log in, go to Settings within the GO app and select Touch ID. Use the switch to enable/disable Touch ID and a confirmation prompt will display.

Does the Credit Human mobile banking app support Touch ID?

Yes, it is available for iPhones and iPads with Touch ID capabilities. You must have the latest version of the GO app installed.

Does the Credit Human mobile banking app support Fingerprint ID for Android?

Fingerprint ID for Android is currently not supported on GO.

If the device doesn't recognize my fingerprint, can I still access my account?

Yes, you still have the option to log in using your account number/User ID and password. Or if you have passcode enabled, you can use that as well.

Can an account be enabled for Touch ID on multiple devices?

Yes, an account may be setup on multiple iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).

If my phone has fingerprints registered from multiple users, will they be able to access my account?

Yes, anyone who has saved fingerprints on your device will have access to your Credit Human account.

What is Quick View?

Quick View is a feature of the Credit Human mobile app that gives you instant access to your account balances and history without the need to log in.

How do I enable or disable Quick View on my mobile app??

To enable or disable Quick View you must log in, go to Settings within the app and select Quick View. Then use the switch to enable/disable Quick View and a confirmation prompt will display.

Will I be required to provide my credentials when accessing Quick View?

For security reasons, from time to time you will be required to enter your login credentials before accessing Quick View.

Can I have Quick View enabled for multiple accounts on the same device?

Only one account can be enabled on a device.

How do I keep my device further protected from anybody accessing my Quick View information?

It is recommended that you add a passcode and/or a security lock feature to your phone or tablet to further secure access when the device is not in use.

Mobile Payments

What is SendMoney?

The Credit Human GO app includes a person-to-person payment feature powered by PayPal. The SendMoney feature allows you to pay others without sending sensitive financial information. Just use your recipient’s cell phone number or email address to send payment from your smartphone.

Is SendMoney secure?

Yes. Every payment is confirmed by a security code that can be received by phone call, email or text message, so there's no need to worry if you lose your phone.

Does the member or payment recipient need a PayPal® account?

SendMoney from Credit Human allows members to send money without having to enroll in a PayPal® account. The recipient, however, will need a PayPal® account to claim the funds. Signing up for one takes only a few minutes.

Is there a limit to how much I can send with SendMoney?

Yes. Members may send up to $500 per day in as many transactions as they want. The minimum transaction amount is $1.00.

Can exceptions be made to the daily limit, and does it reset on weekends?

At this time we do not make exceptions to the $500 limit. The limit does reset every day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday.

Can I use SendMoney from my Money Market Savings account?

Money Market Savings accounts are considered draft accounts and will be eligible for SendMoney transactions. However, our disclosures state that more than 3 withdrawals from a Money Market Account in a statement period can result in a fee and/or a lower interest rate. Money Market account terms include a $7 monthly service charge if the balance falls below the minimum of $1,000.

How much does it cost to use SendMoney?

SendMoney is free to all Credit Human members using the GO mobile app. Members should check with their mobile phone provider as other charges may apply. PayPal® does not charge a fee if the funds remain in a PayPal® account or the corresponding bank account. However, if the recipient transfers the money to a debit/credit card or outside the United States, other fees will apply. Please see PayPal® for further fee information.

How soon are my funds withdrawn, and how long until my recipient gets them?

Funds are withdrawn from the member's Credit Human account immediately. If the recipient has an existing PayPal® account, the funds are available to their account immediately. If the recipient doesn’t have a PayPal® account, the funds will be available as soon as they open one, which takes only a few minutes to set up. The recipient then can spend the funds online or transfer them to a bank account. Transfers from a PayPal® account to a bank account may take up to three business days to process.

How is the recipient notified, and what if they don’t claim the funds?

Yes. The recipient will receive an email or text message from PayPal® informing them that they’ve been sent money. If the recipient doesn't claim funds within 30 days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be returned to the Credit Human member’s account.

Can I use SendMoney to send a payment outside the United States?

Yes. Additional fees from PayPal® may apply if a member is sending money to a country outside the United States. Any such fees will be based on the country of the recipient. Please see PayPal® for further fee information, or refer to the PayPal® user agreement.

Can SendMoney transactions be cancelled or disputed?

If the recipient has already claimed the funds, no. To find out if the funds have been claimed, Credit Human members can go to “history” in the GO mobile app and locate the transaction. If the status reads “Pending,” they may select and cancel the transaction. If funds have already been claimed, members can dispute the SendMoney transaction just as they would an ATM/Debit Card transaction by completing an Affidavit of Unauthorized Use.

Is SendMoney available via online banking?

No. SendMoney is currently available through the Credit Human GO mobile app, only.

QMoney Loans

What is QMoney?

QMoney is a short term loan that does not require a credit check.  Eligibility for the loan is based on your relationship with Credit Human.

How do I know if I am eligible for a QMoney loan?

You are eligible if you have been a member with an open deposit account for 30 days or more, made deposits totaling $800 or more within the last 61 days, are at least 18 years of age, are the primary account holder and are in good standing with the credit union.

In order to be considered a member in good standing with Credit Human you must not have overdrawn accounts, loans past due or charged off loans (credit cards included).

Where can I apply for a QMoney loan?

You may apply for a QMoney loan in online banking and mobile banking.

How much can I borrow with a QMoney loan?

You can borrow between  $200 and $500.  This amount is calculated based on the total deposits made to your primary Credit Human account(s) within the past sixty-one (61) days.

What is the loan term for a QMoney loan?

You will have sixty (60) days to repay the loan in two equal payments.

Who is not eligible for a QMoney loan?

Members who are active military and their dependents are not eligible for a QMoney loan due to the Military Lending Act regulation administered by the Department of Defense.

What is the annual percentage rate for a QMoney loan?

The annual percentage rate for the QMoney loan is 28%.

Are there any fees associated with the QMoney loan?

Yes, there is a $20 non-refundable application fee.  This fee is charged to all applicants regardless of the loan decision. A late fee will be assessed if your payment is 10 or more days past due.  The late fee is equal to 5% of the unpaid scheduled payment.
Fees are automatically deducted from the oldest open checking account.  If there is no checking account available the funds will be drawn from the oldest open share savings account.

Are there any restrictions to a QMoney loan?

You can only have one QMoney loan at a time, with no more than three QMoney loans within a six-month rolling period.
