    Online and Mobile Banking Security Features

    To enhance the online security of your accounts we have established a multi-factor authentication feature for Credit Human online and mobile banking. In addition to providing your account number and password, you will now occasionally be asked to enter a security code before you can access your account.

    If you or an authorized user are unable to enter the security code when prompted, the system will lock you out and you will need to call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.

    How many chances do I get to enter the security code?
    You have two chances to enter the security code. If you fail to enter the security code after two attempts, your account will be restricted from online access until you call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.

    What happens if I get locked out of online banking?
    If you have been locked out of your account due to too many failed password attempts, go to online banking, click the Email Me a Temporary Password link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

    If you have been locked out of your account due to incorrect security codes call the Credit Human Member Service Center and request to have your account unlocked.
