Online Payments

Log into Online Banking
If you are not already set up in Credit Human Online Banking, you will need your account number and the email address you gave us when you opened the account. If you cannot find your account number or need to add your email to your account, call our Member Service Center at 800-688-7228.

You can transfer from a Credit Human account or any other financial institution in the United States.  Please allow 2-3 days for initial setup.

You can also transfer funds from a Credit Human account to your loan in our mobile app. Visit our Mobile Banking page for more information about how to get started.

Set Up Automatic Withdrawal Payments

Payment is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account when payment is due. Complete this form, enclose a voided check and mail it back to us:

Payment by Phone

Please have your routing number and account number from where you would like the payment to be drafted. There is a fee to make a one-time payment over the phone. Member Service hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm, or Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. Call us at 800-688-7228.
