    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. NO MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NON- MEMBER ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.


    BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST CREDIT HUMAN FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND TO AGREE TO ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. 
     
    1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The CREDIT HUMAN BANKING ON VALUES SWEEPSTAKES (\"Sweepstakes\") begins on November 1,2025 at 8 AM CT and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the \"Promotion Period\"). 
     
    The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Credit Human Federal Credit Union ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by Facebook or Instagram direct message during the Promotion Period.
     
     
    2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older as of the date of entry or win (the \"Entrant\"). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, volunteer committee members and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the \"Promotion Entities\"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Residence of the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military bases outside of the 50 United States, D.C. and Puerto Rico are also not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
     
     
     3. PRIZES:   Grand Prize: ONE (1) winner will receive a TWO THOUSAND ($2,000) CASH PRIZE.
     
         Prize cannot be transferred or substituted by winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor not responsible if prize is lost or stolen. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
         
     
    4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by taking the Financial Health Quiz, which can be found on the following website at https://www.attune.co/credit-human/aq/lc44lD4vHdkEFNw7XzUK. Must enter your email to be eligible. Only one quiz per email.
     
         Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
         
     
    5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted about one (1) day after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
     
     
    6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately one (1) day after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 24 hours of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
     
     Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
     
     
    7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.credithuman.com/privacy-policy. Personal information collected by the Sponsor will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes only. Sponsor shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of Entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall control and govern.


     8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
     
         If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
       
     
    9. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta. By participating via the Facebook or Instagram platform, participants are also subject to Meta’s data policy and terms of use, which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy  and https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/update.
     
     
    10. CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:   All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, being offered only in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the dispute resolutions stated below as well as to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas located in the county of Bexar for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with Administrator or Sponsor arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor at the address listed below. Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution section will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. If the disagreement stated is not resolved to Entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and Entrant intends on taking legal action, Entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). This arbitration provision limits the ability of Entrant and Sponsor to litigate claims in court and Entrant and Sponsor each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial or a state or federal judge. Entrant agrees that it will not file any lawsuit against Sponsor in any state or federal court. Entrant agrees that if it does sue in state or federal court, and Sponsor brings a successful motion to compel arbitration, Entrant must pay all fees and costs incurred by Administrator and Sponsor in court, including reasonable attorney’s fees. For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, Entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, Entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014 (and as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution section.

    Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute it has with Sponsor. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against Sponsor, and that Entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, if this class action waiver is invalidated, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in a court. Under no circumstances does entrant, or Sponsor agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration. Sponsor agrees that we will submit all disputes with Entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. This arbitration provision shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Sweepstakes and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, or amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of the parties relating to or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
